Meet the Staff

Heather

Welcome! I’m a dental assistant as well as a front office assistant in our practice. We are a well-oiled machine here! Our team is caring, attentive and professional, and we treat everyone like we would want to be treated. I met our doctor during his residency program in 1994. He is an excellent dentist and treats patients like part of his family. When I’m not in the office, I love spending time with my family! My husband, Rob, and I have a son named Bryce, and four dogs! I also enjoy camping, fishing, and volunteering for my son’s tee-ball team!

Stephanie

Hello and welcome to our office! My name is Stephanie Webb and I have worked for Dr. Palaganas for six years. I am a graduate of Pinellas County Technical Institute of St. Petersburg, FL. I have been a certified dental assistant for 26 years. I love what I do and I love working for Dr. Palaganas. Our office has the most advanced technology, and we offer many opportunities to fix your smile along with making you very comfortable. We have a very wonderful, very experienced staff that will help you through anything from being nervous about your visit to financing your treatment. I also enjoy my time outside of work by running, rollerblading, working out and spending time with my wonderful husband Jerry and my two beautiful teenaged girls Sarah and Samantha.

As a registered dental hygienist, I assist with professional dental cleanings, X-rays, and teaching patients how to brush and floss effectively. I care very much about the patients and try to listen to what they want from their Dental Office, how they want to be treated. I enjoy helping people feel good about their mouths and making them comfortable when they visit us! Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, especially my two wonderful grandsons, Kyle and Austin! My other hobbies include reading, cooking and working in my herb garden.

Beverly

I am one of Dr. Palaganas' chairside assistants and have worked here for more than 15 years. After spending 39 years in the dental field, I knew I found the right home here! Pleasing patients is most important to me. It's very rewarding to see people who, for whatever reason, didn't want to show their teeth before and now are able to smile again and have a better outlook on life. I so very much enjoy talking with our patients and making them feel comfortable when they come to our office. When I'm at home, I spend a lot of time with my husband, Terry, and our daughter, Jill. I enjoy working out, being outside, biking, boating, and going for walks.

Hello, it’s nice to meet you! I work as a registered dental hygienist here, and I work hard providing professional dental cleanings and providing oral health education to our patients. At each visit I listen to what my patients tell me about their overall oral health and any recent changes in their lives. I treat all my patients with respect and compassion. As dental professionals we are always searching for the best results for our patients. One of the greatest rewards is to see the improvements in their mouths. At home, I spend time cooking and laughing with my family!

Hello! I am one of Dr. Palaganas’ registered dental hygienists. My mission is to make people smile through regular dental cleanings and education on good home care. Since starting my career in the 1970’s, dentistry has always been my passion. Every day, I learn something new to help me care for my patients’ health and well-being. When I’m not working, I enjoy art, travel, walking my 112 lb. chocolate lab, and caring for my grandson.
